Manual Traffic Counts
Our skilled enumerators will carry out any type of survey based on your requirements, from simple volume counts over a period of time to more in depth vehicle classification studies.
Queue Length Surveys
Queue lengths can be measured either by number of vehicles or metres, as required. Counts across multiple lanes or toll booths are no problem.
Car Park Surveys
From simple entry and exit counts to complex duration of stay surveys, we will structure our collection methods to meet your needs.
'Lambeth Method' Surveys
These are surveys that are typically undertaken to find the busiest parking situation in a 200 metre or 2 minute walk from the proposed planning site. 1 beat is carried out between the hours of 0030 and 0530 on 2 midweek nights from Monday night through to Thursday night. We can work to any method that is used by your local borough and turnaround time will be as soon as possible.
Automatic Traffic Counts
We can supply up to date technology for continuous traffic data collection over a set period of your choosing.
Pedestrian Surveys
Any type of pedestrian count can be undertaken; monitoring the utilisation of a country footpath, public use of a public transport location, use of pedestrian crossing etc.
Number Plate Surveys
Origin and destination surveillance for example if you wish to monitor ‘rat runs’ or monitor parking in residential areas.
Supplementary Data
Whilst on site we are able to collect supplementary data to endorse your reports, for example speed measurements, highway widths, visibility splays and site photographs.
